Salemi Media Studio is a private social media content automation, queue scheduling, and media management platform that enables creators, digital artists, and agencies to organize, optimize, and publish content across supported third-party social media networks including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

2. User Responsibilities & Content Compliance

As a user of Salemi Media Studio, you agree that:

You own or hold all required intellectual property rights, licenses, and permissions for all media, audio, captions, and text scheduled through the Application.
All scheduled content complies with the applicable Community Guidelines and Terms of Service of connected platforms, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
Any synthetic, virtual, or AI-generated media is appropriately labeled using Salemi Media Studio's built-in AI content disclosure toggles prior to publishing.
You will not use the Application to distribute spam, malware, harassment, deceptive content, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.

3. Third-Party Platform Terms & API Usage

Salemi Media Studio interacts with third-party APIs (such as TikTok for Developers, Meta Graph API, and Google YouTube Data API). You acknowledge that your use of these services is also subject to each respective platform's policies, terms, and rate limits.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Salemi Media Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high availability through distributed Temporal workflows and automated monitoring, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party social media APIs will remain continuously accessible.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Salemi Media Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Application, or any content moderation actions taken by third-party social media platforms.

6. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for any account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior. You may terminate your use at any time by disconnecting your connected social accounts or requesting account deletion.
